Your Story Is Not Over
The guided journal by Dr. Suelem Costa Rosalino, with Sabrina Rosalino, LCSW, and Sandrina Rosalino, LMFT. Fifty two affirmations, the reason each one works, therapy tools, and a 30 day challenge. Every page of it is interactive here.

Keep going.
Two words. It is the last affirmation in the book because it is the one that survives everything else. On the days when nothing else is available, when you do not believe a single kind sentence about yourself, when the tools feel like a joke, this one still works, because it does not require belief.
If today is one of the heavy ones
Call or text 988 for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, any hour of any day. If someone is in immediate danger, call 911. You do not have to be in crisis to reach out.
